How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your Takke account and associated personal data using any of the following methods:

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

• Account Information: Name, email, phone number, password
• Profile Data: Saved addresses, preferences, settings
• Order History: All past order details and receipts
• Payment Information: Saved payment methods (if any)
• Communication History: Support messages and feedback
• App Usage Data: Search history, favorites, and preferences

What Data May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for legal and business purposes:

• Transaction Records: Financial records as required by Lebanese law (typically 5-7 years)
• Legal Compliance: Data required for legal proceedings or regulatory requirements
• Fraud Prevention: Limited data to prevent fraudulent account recreation
• Anonymized Data: Statistical data that cannot identify you personally

Processing Time

Facebook/Meta Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also manage your Takke data connection through Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings
3. Select Apps and Websites
4. Find Takke and click Remove
5. Check "Delete all posts, photos, and videos on Takke"

Note: This removes the Facebook connection but you should still contact us directly to ensure complete data deletion from our systems.
